Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Pack. Mallory and Hunter were married just two short weeks ago in a lovely intimate catholic ceremony. The ceremony was held at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Townsend on the banks of the Little River. The ceremony included a catholic mass and they drove off to their reception in a classic 1959 Rolls Royce thanks to Regal Carriages.
I was blessed to get to meet Mallory and Hunter just a few short weeks ago, but I knew immediately that they were a golden couple. Their love and commitment to one another was evident. They were not going to let anything stop them from starting their forever life as husband and wife. They met in high school while each dating other people. Their best man urged them to connect when the time was right. Since then, they have dated long distance and been each others rocks during the loss of loved ones on both sides. The true makings of forever! So navigating wedding planning during a pandemic was not going to stop them.
The reception was an all night dance party, complete with many Louisiana wedding traditions. The couple enjoyed a classic Second Line dance (a New Orleans tradition) where the happy couple lead all the guests around the dance floor waving personalized handkerchiefs. The happy couple carry festive parasols and everyone celebrates together. You can’t miss the classic chandelier lit first dance on the stage of the Capitol Theatre in Maryville, TN.
